Key Responsibilities
- Review and upgrade network infrastructure.
- Assist in maintaining the overall IT infrastructure.
- Implement open-source solutions and new technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Senior experience in Networking and Firewalling.
- Proficiency with HAProxy, Docker, Puppet, and Terraform or similar IaaC technology.
- Knowledge of GIT and GitOps.
- Some AWS knowledge is an asset.
- Prior knowledge of the PCI-DSS environment is an asset.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about software engineering with a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development.
- Problem-solver who thrives in complex sectors like financial systems and electronic payments.
- Understanding of security principles and compliance regulations relevant to financial software.
- Autonomous, agile, and excellent in execution.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch as a plus.

Location
This position is based in Brussels, Belgium, with an expectation to work on-site ideally 3 days a week.
