About the Role
As a Tech Lead at Bose Corporation, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative B2B solutions that enhance customer experiences. This role involves leading the design and implementation of customer-facing digital solutions, focusing on large-scale, multi-country, multi-language eCommerce B2B websites.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development lifecycle of digital solutions from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills.
- Engage in the end-to-end development process, ensuring compliance with security and business requirements.
- Innovate and contribute to the enhancement of our eCommerce technology stack.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Technical proficiency in Content Management, SAP solutions, and Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Salesforce B2B products, Middleware integration (Mulesoft), and Commerce Cloud integrations.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture and B2B technologies.
