About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI, you will work on developing AI features for Kustomer's platform. This role involves a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in AI and machine learning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform intelligence.
- Develop and integrate tools for analyzing LLM prompt queries.
- Implement improvements in AWS AI/ML for sentiment analysis and language detection.
- Enhance NLP intent identification models and integrate them with existing features.
- Analyze data to improve developer experience and organizational metrics.
- Prototype and develop new AI technologies and products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in server-side languages like Go, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful API development and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Nice to Have
- Strong proficiency in AWS services.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with machine learning and Agile methodologies.
